TALKING
Reduce talking as much as possible
Minimize talking to only the essentials. This will reduce the psychosis. A silence will be born. In that silence, Vizippu can be practiced. Talking with others is a major disturbance to the silence. That is why in the Resthouse I have asked people not to talk. What need is there to talk there? What are you trying to get through speech? What is it? By talking, you are establishing yourself again and again. By speaking you are giving a boost to the ego. Actually, there is no need to talk most of the time.
What is there of use to say? You will talk about Corona, the deaths, the struggles of people without jobs. Only misery will spread. Mahaprabu’s strong advice is reduce activities, reduce talking, reduce thoughts. Only that will give you a chance to end the mind. This mad world is infected with a disease. A disease that came from having wrongly identified myself with this body and mind. For this disease called misery, the only cure is a Jnani.
