MIND
How miserable we became
Look at how miserable, minds have made us. When we were young we were so independent, playing by ourselves and with other children freely. Once they go to school it is over. In the name of discipline they have made us so undisciplined. See the same face as they get into college. Then see them once they start working. How sad they look. Educated people are committing the highest crimes. As you get older, the joy should have increased. Instead see where we ended up. That too after all the value-adds of money, education, parents, teachers, etc. Who is the cause? Our mental setup.
It is this destructive force I am asking you to drop. All of you here have this thirst (to come out of the trap) because of Grace. Imagine the world that doesn’t even know this. What a curse! Compared to them, see how blessed we are. That’s why I said, while most of the world is suffering, the same Supreme power is giving us the opportunity for Satsang daily.
Avan arul aal, avan taal vanangi.
It is only by His Grace that I can even bow to His feet.
Avan arul indri oru anuvum asaikadhu.
Not even an atom can move without His Grace.
