1. The one who understands that real happiness does not come from external objects is a sadhaka.
2. The one who does not engage his body and mind in too many activities related to the material world, organizes his profession and living environment properly, only for the purpose of fulfilling his basic needs such as food, clothes and shelter and has a strong determination that the most important objective of his life is to attain enlightenment and lives accordingly is a true sincere sadhaka.
